Cash Cab

So not too long ago I found out that Cash Cab doesn't just randomly pick people off the street for it's "surprise" cab trivia game. A co-worker and some friends regularly go to trivia nights at different places around the city and one night they were approached by some people that asked them a bunch of questions and asked them if they wanted to be on a show. They said to meet them at something like 11AM on a particular block. Most of the crew couldn't make it as they had day jobs. One of 'em COULD make it and it turned out it was Cash Cab! Technically, it is sort of a surprise, but still not like they would have us believe.

Basically, what I'm saying is, don't go taking a bunch of cabs in hopes you'll get Cash Cab. ;-)

I LOVE Cash Cab though. Last winter while on a trip to Buffalo with some friends, we were exhausted after the 8-hour drive and while waiting to get dinner we watched like 4 episodes in a row. I swear there is NO GAME I like more than trivia-related games! I LOVE answering questions, even if I don't know the answers! :-P Which is probably why I used to answer all those ridiculous surveys on myspace all the time which would annoy all my friends. hehehe

Anyway, this all came up because I came across this today. INCREDIBLY frustrating! WHO DOESN'T KNOW THIS!?!?! And when do I get picked for Cash Cab?!? ::sigh::
